<br>The <b>Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA)</b> is seeking an experienced <b>Senior Administrative Analyst</b> to serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and help shape the future of affordable housing in one of California's most dynamic regions. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll lead agency-wide initiatives, oversee critical housing programs, guide compliance efforts, and support data-driven decision-making that directly impacts thousands of residents.

<br><b>What You'll Do</b>
<br><br><ul type=bullet style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"><li> Lead special projects, programs, and executive initiatives
<li> Administer major housing programs, waitlists, audits, and Project-Based Voucher activities
<li> Oversee HUD reporting requirements, SEMAP submissions, and compliance activities
<li> Conduct research, policy analysis, and performance assessments
<li> Prepare grant applications and manage reporting requirements
<li> Supervise and support a team of Administrative Analysts
</ul>

<li>&#10004;  Regulatory compliance and program administration</li>

<li>&#10004;  Building strong partnerships and stakeholder relationships</li>
