<br>The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San) is seeking a Deputy General Manager.
<br>

Central San’s work crosses multiple fields of local government, and in the capacity of our Deputy General Manager, you will lead a premier government agency in its mission to protect public health and the environment.

<br>The Deputy General Manager is a senior executive with direct management of the Engineering and Technical Services Department and general supervision of the Operations Department. This position will have significant authority to lead the direction of the organization through Engineering and Operations.
<br>
<br>The ideal candidate will have a deep wealth of experience in public utilities engineering and management. While not a working manager, this person should know our business – operationally, theoretically, and administratively – to such a degree that they will be able to quickly analyze and synthesize information to make decisions impacting their departments.
