Annual salary range: $106,152 to $141,530
The salary is supplemented by an attractive benefit package that includes CalPERS retirement.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a risk management professional who is skilled in claims administration to join a longstanding organization and provide exemplary service to CJPRMA’s membership of 100+ public entities.
Ideal candidates will possess the ability to identify the important dimensions of a problem, determine the potential causes, obtain relevant information and specify alternatives; demonstrate assertiveness in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a systematic approach in decision making; eloquently communicate to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee through oral presentations and written reports; and connect effectively with all business associates while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree and ten years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in public sector claims/ litigation management, or a related field and the possession of a professional designation such as ARM, CPCU or claims adjuster license are preferred.
